摘要 本文结合首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科脑血管病专业培养进修医师的独特经验,从接收准入制度、岗前培训及多层次多形式的教学途径等方面进行阐述,旨在探讨神经内科进修医师脑血管病专业临床教学的方式、方法以及效果。本文着重阐明三级教学查房中病例为引导教学法结合问题为基础教学模式的应用,同时强调专业培训讲座、疑难病例讨论、自学能力训练以及继续教育学习班等多种形式教学途径的结合。经过上述综合方法的临床教学,神经内科脑血管专业进修医师在脑血管病系统规范诊治和管理方面有很大进步,临床教学效果较为理想。 This paper expounds receiving access system, pre-service training, various forms of teaching way and so on, combined with the special experience of clinical education for refresher physicians majoring in cerebrovascular disease (CVD) in the neurology department of Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, in order to explore the methods and effects of clinical teaching in neurology department. It focuses on the application of the teaching model based on the combination of the cases in the three-level teaching rounds. At the same time, it emphasizes the combination of professional training lectures, difficult case discussion, self-learning ability training and continuing education learning class. Through the clinical teaching Of the above comprehensive method, the refresher physicians majoring in CVD had made great progress in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovaseular disease system, and the clinical teaching effect is relatively ideal.
