摘要
目的:观察参七胶囊联合耳穴压豆法治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将60例气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为中西医结合组和西医组,每组30例,比较两组症状评分、血液流变学、心绞痛疗效和心电图疗效。结果:两组症状评分与治疗前比较明显降低;与西医组比较,中西医结合组降低更明显(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组全血黏度(高切、低切)、还原黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原浓度均降低,中西医结合组降低更明显(P<0.05)。心绞痛疗效比较,中西医结合组总有效率为83.3%(25/30例),西医组为73.3%(22/30例)(P<0.05)。心电图疗效比较,中西医结合组总有效率为83.3%(25/30例),西医组为70.0%(21/30例)(P<0.05)。结论:参七胶囊联合耳穴压豆法治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效优于西医对照组。
Objective: Observation of the efficacy of Shenqi capsule ( 参七胶囊) combined with auricular points plaster therapy in the treatment of angina pectoris of deficiency of qi and blood stasis type coronary heart disease. Methods: Sixty patients with angina pectoris of deficiency of qi and blood stasis type coronary heart disease were randomly divided into combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group (CM+WM group) and western medicine group (WM group), 30 cases in each group. The symptom score, hemorheology, angina pectoris effect and electrocardiogram effect in two groups were compared. Results: Compared with pre-treatment, the symptom score of the two groups was lower, even lower in CM+WM group (P〈0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, whole blood viscosity (high and low shear), reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen concentration were decreased in the two groups, even lower in CM+WM group (P〈0.05). The effective rate of angina pectoris was 83.3% (25/30 cases) in CM+WM group, and 73.3% (22/30 cases), with signicant difference (P〈0.05). The effective rate of electrocardiogram was 83.3% (25/30 cases) in CM+WM group, and 70.0% (21/30 cases), with signicant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Shenqi capsule combined with auricular points piaster therapy is better than that of the western medicine control group in the treatment of angina pectoris of deficiency of qi and blood stasis type coronary heart disease.
