丹江口水库提前蓄水的二层规划模型 被引量:3

摘要 丹江口水库加高以及南水北调中线工程通水后,若按初设方案蓄水,蓄满率较低。在考虑水库调度管理体制的主从递阶结构下,建立以防洪为上层目标、蓄水为下层目标的丹江口水库提前蓄水二层规划模型,采用部分合作思想,寻求主从递阶结构下平衡上下层利益的协调解。结果显示该方案在不降低防洪标准前提下能提高水库蓄水效益。 After the heightening of the Danjiangkou dam and the water transferring of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the water impoundment plan should be revised as the preliminary design plan would result in a low storage filling ratio.Considering the master-slave hierarchical structure of the reservoir dispatching management system,a bi-level programming model of the ahead-of-plan impoundment scheme is developed for Danjiangkou Reservoir,in which the flood control is the upper target and the water storage is the lower target.The partial cooperation concept is adopted in the master-slave hierarchical structure to get the coordination solution based on the overall satisfaction.The results show that the water storage benefit can be improved by the ahead-of-plan impoundment scheme without lowering the flood control standard.
