摘要
通过深入分析水轮机产生空蚀的机理,探讨了聚氨酯材料的特性,认为用聚氨酯作为水轮机过流部件的涂层材料,可充分发挥其允许弹性形变大、高抗磨损性的优点,从而有效提高水轮机过流部件的抗空蚀性能,其作为水轮机过流部件的涂层材料将有广阔的应用前景。
The mechanism of cavitation erosion in hydro-turbine units is analyzed firstly.Then,the application prospect of polyurethane in the cavitation protection of hydro-turbine units are discussed considering its particular characteristics such as the large allowable elastic deformation and the high erosion resistance.Adopting the polyurethane as the coating material could effectively improve the cavitation erosion resistance of the overflow components in hydro-turbine units.
