摘要
近年来的研究显示,炎症是造成继发性脑缺血损伤的重要因素,探索炎症发生的相关机制成为当前脑缺血研究领域的热点。Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor4,TLR4)信号通路是经典的炎症通路之一。研究表明,TLR4参与了脑缺血损伤后早期的炎症反应及晚期的神经修复作用。文章就该信号通路在脑缺血损伤中的研究进展进行了综述,通过分析其潜在的研究方向,寻求拮抗脑缺血所致炎性损伤的治疗靶点。
In recent years, studies have shown that inflammation is an important factor in secondary ischemic injury. The exploration of the related mechanisms of the occurrence of inflammation has become a hot spot in the field of cerebral ischemia. Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signaling pathway is one of the classical inflammatory pathways. Studies have shown that TLR4 is involved in the early inflammatory response after cerebral ischemic injury and the late nerve repair. This article reviews the research progress of this signaling pathway in cerebral ischemia injury, so as to seek a therapeutic target against inflammatory injury caused by cerebral ischemia through the analysis of its potential research direction.
