摘要
目的探讨精细化管理对神经内科护理效果的影响。方法从我院神经内科收治的患者中抽选102例作为研究对象。随机分组:对照组51例,采用常规护理;观察组51例,采用精细化管理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理质量评分明显高于对照组,护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,结果对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理在神经内科护理中的应用能够提高护理质量,减少并发症的发生,值得推广使用。
To explore the effect of fine management on the nursing effect of Neurology. From the Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected as the research object in 102 cases. Random group： 51 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and 51 cases in the observation group were treated with fine management. The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results the score of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of nursing adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of fine management in the nursing of Neurology can improve the quality of nursing and reduce the occurrence of complications. It is worth popularizing.
