福建省各地级市科技资源配置效率研究

摘要 以福建省各地级市R&D人员、R&D内部经费支出、R&D经费支出占GDP的比重、人均GDP、科学研究与技术服务业固定资产投资为科技投入,以专利申请受理量、技术市场交易额、高新技术产业增加值为科技产出,应用熵权法计算各科技投入、产出指标的权重,应用指标体系法来建立科技资源配置效率模型,得出福建省各地级市科技资源配置效率及空间分布特点,并提出了优化全省科技资源配置的具体对策与建议. In this paper, by taking the R&D staff, the R&D internal expenditure, the R&D expenditure accounted for GDP, Per capital GDP and fixed assets investment in scientific research and technology service industry as the investment in science and technology in Fujian province, in terms of the amount of patent application, the trade volume of the technology market and the added value of the high and new technology industry as the scientific and technological output, and the entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight of the input and output indexes of each science and technology, by using the method of index system to establish the efficiency model of the allocation of scientific and technological resources, and the efficiency and spatial distribution of the scientific and technological resources in Fujian province were obtained, and the specific countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources in the province.
