摘要
茶叶是徽州区的主要农产品之一,但是由于徽州地区物流设施和服务落后、信息化程度低等不利于徽州区茶叶物流发展.从供应链的角度出发,通过协调农户、批发商和零售商3个供应链的主体,基于茶叶的质量,提出了一种综合的生产库存模型,以最大化利润为最终目的.该模型考虑了商业策略的影响,例如茶叶的订货量、生产速度和单位生产成本.该模型具有扩展性,不仅可用于茶叶供应链协调,还可用于纺织、鞋类、化工、食品等行业.采用一种分析方法,优化生产速度和原材料订单量,达到最大预期平均利润.并将本文的模型与现有模型作比较,实验结果显示出本文模型的优势.
Tea is one of the main agricultural products in Huizhou district. However, due to the backward logistics facilities and services in Huizhou, the low level of informatization is not condueive to the development of tea logistics in Huizhou district. In this paper, from the perspective of supply chain, by coordinating the three supply chain entities of farmers, wholesalers and retailers, based on the quality of tea, a comprehensive production inventory model is proposed to maximize profits as the ultimate goal. The model takes into account the impact of business strategies, such as the quantity of tea, the rate of production and the cost of production per unit. This model has expansibility. It can be used not only for tea supply chain coordination, but also for textile, footwear, chemical industry, food and other industries. An analytical method is adopted to optimize production speed and raw material orders, and achieve the maximum expected profit. Finally, the model is compared with the existing model, and the experimental results show the advantages of the model.
