融雪剂融雪化冰性能测试研究 被引量:9

摘要 融雪剂除雪不仅快速而且有效,已成为城市减少交通事故、缓解雪天交通压力的重要方式.分别选取氯化钠、氯化镁、氯化钙、CMA等融雪剂,测试其溶解能力、融雪化冰能力等性能指标.结果表明:氯化钠具有最快的溶解能力,而作为环保型融雪剂的CMA,其溶解速度为8.6 g/min,所有的融雪剂的溶解速度均符合标准中规定的要求.氯化镁具有最高的化冰能力,氯化钙具有最大的融雪能力,而CMA融雪剂化冰能力为87.4%,融雪能力为91.7%,均大于标准中规定的要求. It is fast and effective to use snow melting agent to remove snow, and it has become an important way to reduce traffic accidents in the city and to ease the traffic pressure on the snow day. In this paper, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, CMA and other snow melt agents were selected to test their solubility, snow melting ability and other performance indicators. The results show that sodium chloride has the fastest dissolution capacity. The dissolution rate of CMA, which is an environment-friendly snowmelt agent, is 8.6 g/min. The dissolution rate of all the snow melting agents are in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the standard. Magnesium chloride has the strongest ability of ice melting, calcium chloride has the largest snowmelt ability, while the CMA snow melting agent has an ice melting capacity of 87.4% and a snowmeh capacity of 91.7%, which are all greater than those specified in the standard.
