摘要
分别用EDTA络合滴定法和硫氰酸钾分光光度法对强酸破氰后的氰化镀锌溶液中的铁杂质进行了测定。实验结果表明,测定结果的精密度和准确度均较高,均能满足日常生产的分析需求。通过铁杂质的预分离可以定性的判断铁含量的高低,高含量选用EDTA络合滴定法,低含量选用硫氰酸钾分光光度法。
The iron impurity in the cyanide zinc plating solution was measured by EDTA complexometric titration and potassium thiocyanate spectrophotometry after strong acid cracking. The results have high precision and accuracy which can meet the needs of daily analysis requirements. The level of iron content can be determined qualitatively by the pre-separation with EDTA complexometric titration for high content,and potassium thiocyanate spectrophotometric for low content.
