摘要 随着工艺要求的不断提高,各类电机、控制器的精度与控制复杂程度也随之提高,传统的工业设备越来越不能满足现在的生产需求,因此具备通信能力的各种新型设备如今已是工业生产工作中必不可少的组成部分。CAN总线作为成熟的现场总线,以其通信稳定、速度快、节点多、抗干扰能力强等优点被广泛应用于工业设备中进行数据交换、状态上报、指令下发等。本文介绍了一种基于CAN总线的物联网通讯模块,通过搭载该模块,可将使用CAN总线通信的设备接入工业物联网中,实现工业设备状态的统一监控与控制。 With the continuous improvement of process requirements, the accuracy and control complexity of all kinds of motors and controllers have also been improved. The traditional industrial equipment is increasingly unable to meet the current production demand, so various new equipment with communication capacity is now an indispensable part of industrial production.CAN bus as the mature of field bus, for its communication stability, fast speed, multi-node, and the advantages of strong anti-jamming capability is widely used in industrial equipment for data exchange, status reporting, instructions issued, etc. This article introduces a kind of Internet communication module based on CAN bus, using this module, the equipment can be connected to the industrial Internet of things using CAN bus to realize the unified monitoring and control of industrial equipment status.
