摘要
工业铂热电阻测量的可靠性关系着产品的生产质量,本文基于工业铂热电阻的测温原理和检定标准,分析了工业铂热电阻检定的不确定度来源,并计算了各种不确定度分量对测量检定结果的贡献比值,能够为提高工业铂热电阻的测量精度提供可靠的理论依据,具有较好的工程实用价值。
The reliability of the industrial platinum thermal resistance measurement is related to the production quality of the product.The temperature measurement principle and calibration of standard industrial platinum resistance based on the analysis of the uncertainty of industrial platinum resistance verification of sources, various uncertain contribution ratio components on the measurement and calculation of the test results, which can provide theoretical basis for improving the measurement accuracy of industrial platinum resistance, and the scheme is more applicable in engineering.
