摘要
通过对某型号上导电片的冲模进行设计,探索了小尺寸拉深落料模在落料和拉深2道工序中出现的问题,采用在固定板和卸料板之间加入垫板的方法,并在垫板和固定板之间引入吊钉和弹簧结构,解决了零件尺寸和表面质量在拉深工序受落料工序和模具行程影响的问题。
Through designing a stamping die for an upper conducting strip, the existing prob-lem in the process of blanking and drawing for a small size die was explored. By addinga middie plate between the fL, ced plate and the discharge plate, and designing hoisting nailand spring between the middle plate and the fixed plate, the problem that the influence ofblanking and die stroke on part' s dimension and surface quality in the process of drawingwas solved.
