摘要
通过汽车外覆盖件修边铁屑的整改实例,从铁屑产生的机理出发,运用基础数据对比及光学显微拍照等技术,研究了刃口间隙对铁屑的影响机制、废料切刀结构优化的技术要求、分序修边结构优化及防止铁屑产生的方法,对汽车外覆盖件修边类模具设计及调试整改提供参考作用。
Combined with the modification examples of automobile outer panel and the prin-ciple of the trimming scrap iron, the basic data comparison and optical microscopic photog-raphy were used to research the influence mechanism of blade clearance on scrap iron,the technical requirements for structural optimization of scrap cutter, and the optimizationmethods of multiple procedure trimming structure and the methods to prevent the recur-rence of scrap iron. It could provide a reference for the design and rectification of thetrimming die for the automobile outer panel.
