摘要
通过对旋转斜楔机构的特点进行分析,阐述了其工作原理及气缸安装形式,预测了实际使用过程中可能出现的失效形式,并提出了相应的解决方案。验证结果表明,通过改善模具结构、增加斜楔机构和压力机行程连锁的功能,消除了旋转斜楔机构在生产过程中的安全隐患,且通用性强,最后提出了旋转斜楔机构在模具设计时更优化的结构方案。
The work principle of rotating wedge mechanism and the installation type of cylin-der were illustrated after analyzing the characteristics of rotating wedge mechanism. Thepossible failure modes were predicted in the practical production of the mechanism, andthe corresponding solutions were put forward. The verified results showed that the hiddendanger of the rotating wedge mechanism in the production was eliminated by improvingthe structure of die and adding a wedge mechanism and the linkage function of pressstroke. And the structural scheme of the rotating wedge was optimized in the die design.
