注射模斜孔机械式脱模机构设计

Design of injection mould with mechanical demoulding mechanism for oblique hole

介绍一种斜孔抽芯机构,机构采用机械式动力驱动滑块运动的方式,利用模具开闭机械动力驱动弯销带动滑块进行横向抽芯,再通过滑块之间斜T型槽联结,将驱动力传递至斜向抽芯滑块,带动斜向型芯滑块运动,达到塑件斜孔脱模的目的,该结构有效降低对模具空间的使用要求。

A core-pulling mechanism for oblique hole was presented, which adopted mechani-cal power to drive the slider movement. Firstly, the mould opening and closing mechanicalpower driven the bending pin and the bending pin led the slider to lateral core-pulling.And then through the inclined grooves T between the sliders, the driving force was trans-mitted to the inclined core-pulling slider, which achieved the demoulding for the obliquehole of products.
