摘要 常规的一柱一桩垂直度监测工艺具有一定的局限性,为此,研发了一种高精度、可实现一柱一桩施工全过程垂直度动态监测的系统。以上海核心城区某在建的超大超深逆作法基坑工程一柱一桩施工为例,系统介绍了新型调垂监测的施工流程和应用效果,以期为逆作立柱垂直度控制提供借鉴。 There are certain limitations in the conventional perpendicularity monitoring process of one column and one pile. For this purpose, the system which can meet the technical requirements of high precision and realize the vertical dynamic monitoring of the whole process of one column and one pile has been developed. Taking one super-large and super-deep foundation pit project using top-down construction method, located in Shanghai core district as an example, this new kind of construction process and application effect for vertical adjustment and monitoring system are introduced systematically in this paper, so as to provide references for the vertical precision control of top-down constructed columns.
