摘要
中国博览会会展综合体为大型预应力混凝土结构,施工中采用了跳仓法进行大面积楼板的浇筑。为确保结构施工安全,避免结构产生裂缝,在施工前采用有限元方法对施工过程进行了仿真模拟,计算混凝土浇筑后因收缩产生的板、梁应力分布情况,并分析结构边界、环境温度对结构应力的影响。分析结果验证了大面积楼板跳仓法施工的可行性,为工程质量提供了保证,亦可为类似工程施工提供参考。
China Expo Convention and Exhibition Complex is a large prestressed concrete structure, and its large area concrete floor slab is poured by the sequence method. In order to ensure the safety of structure construction and to avoid structural cracking, the finite element method has been adopted before construction, to simulate the construction process, to calculate the distribution of slab and beam stress because of shrinkage after concrete pouring, and to analysis the impact of structure boundary, and environment temperature on the structure stress. The analysis results verified the feasibility of sequence method for construction of large area floor slab, which can provide guarantee for engineering quality and references for similar engineering construction.
