子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的护理干预探讨

目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的护理干预效果。方法:选我院接收并行子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫治疗的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者62例,分为两组,实施常规护理的31例为常规组,行围术期护理干预的另31例为研究组,对比两组护理效果。结果:研究组各项临床指标、并发症发生率优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠期间,实施围术期护理干预的效果显著,可推广。

objective ：to investigate the nursing intervention effect of uterine arterial embolization combined with the treatment of pregnancy in uterine scar pregnancy. Methods： to choose our receiving concurrent uterine artery embolization combined curettage treatment of 62 patients with uterine scar pregnancy were divided into two groups, conventional nursing of 31 cases of normal group, lines of perioperative nursing intervention of the other 31 cases as research group, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results： the clinical indexes and complications of the group were better than those in the conventional group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： the effect of perioperative nursing intervention is significant and can be promoted during the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy.
