优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的应用价值体会

目的:分析优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的应用价值体会。方法:选取我院2015年5月-2017年3月收治的脑血栓患者128例进行分组研究,按照数字表法分为常规组和干预组,各64例,分别行常规护理和优质护理,比较2组护理效果的差异。结果:常规组的护理满意度与干预组的护理满意度进行比较,组间具有明显差异,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理应用于脑血栓患者护理中可显著改善临床症状,提高护理质量和生活质量,值得在临床中进一步推广。

objective： to analyze the application value of high quality nursing care in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods： in our hospital from May 2015 --2017 year in March were 128 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into two groups, were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 64 cases each, were given routine nursing and nursing quality, nursing effect of the difference between the 2 groups. Results： compared with the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group, there was significant difference between the two groups, there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the application of high quality nursing in patients with cerebral thrombosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of care and quality of life, it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
