全产程连续性助产护理对剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩结局及护理满意度的影响探讨

目的:研究全产程连续性助产护理对剖宫产术后再次妊娠的影响。方法:选取收治的80例再次妊娠产妇,随机分为2组,各40例,分别给予常规护理、全产程连续性助产护理,比较护理满意度、产程时间、住院时间。结果:观察组护理满意度97.50%、产程时间6.10±0.95小时、住院时间4.25±0.45天优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:全产程连续性助产护理在剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩中疗效显著。

Objective： To study the effect of the whole process of continuous section. Methods： 80 cases were selected again preg- nant women, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases were given routine nursing care; nursing satisfaction, labor time, hospitalization time. Results： the nursing group was 97.50%, the labor was more than the control group （P 〈 0.45） and of the study was 6.10 ＋/- 0.95 hours, and the hospital of the control group （〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the whole process of continuity of midwifery care in pregnancy after delivery effect.
