随着现代生物医学工程技术产业的发展,医疗设备在医院的临床检测、疾病诊断与治疗、病情监护、功能康复.教学科研等方面得到广泛的使用。医疗设备质量的优劣直接关系到各项工作的可靠性和有效性,关系到病人的健康状况和生命安全,也关系到医院的医疗质量、服务信誉和经济效益及社会效益。医疗设备的可靠性、安全性与有效性不仅取决于医疗设备本身质量,而且与使用人员对医疗设备的了解与熟悉程度、医疗设备计量检定等各种因素有关。加强医疗设备应用安全与质量控制管理刻不容缓。医疗设备应用安全与质量管理的目的是使医院在用医疗设备符合规定的标准技术要求,处于安全、准确和有效的工作状态,满足临床、教学和科研工作的需要。简要介绍医疗设备应用安全与质量控制体系以及实施方法。从医疗设备应用安全体系、质量控制体系、医疗设备的购置、验收、质量检测,计量管理,打造技术过硬的设备维修队伍,对医院医疗设备应用安全与质量控制的管理进行探讨。
