摘要
基于绿色铸造理念,从铸造旧砂再生回用的必要性,水玻璃砂的清砂性及砂块破碎,水玻璃砂的再生方法及其特点等方面分析,并结合水玻璃砂再生回用工程实例,阐述了水玻璃砂再生回用工作的重要意义及其技术途径,对于铸造业实现绿色化发展具有参考价值。
Based on the green casting concept, the necessity of regeneration and reuse of cast sand, the sodium silicate sand regeneragion and its characteristics were analyzed, and combined with the sodium silicate sand reclamation project. The important significance and technical way of the recycling of sodium silicate sand are expounded. It is the reference value to realize green development in foundry industry,
