摘要
研究了在其他铸造工艺条件相同的情况下,不同外界凝固压力对ZL205A试样的致密度、微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着外界压力的增加,铸件的致密程度和力学性能逐步提高,显微疏松程度显著降低。当凝固时外界压力达到3.0 MPa时,试样致密度达到99.5%,力学性能稳定性显著提高。
The effects of different external solidification pressure on the density, microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL205A alloy samples were investigated under the same conditions of other casting processes. The results show that the density and mechanical properties of the castings increase gradually with the increase of external pressure, and the degree of microporosity is significantly reduced. When the external pressure reached 3.0 MPa, the samples density reaches 99.5%, and the stability of mechanical properties improve significantly.
