摘要 以某钢厂新工艺下生产的HRB400为研究对象,通过Abaqus有限元软件结合现场实际工艺参数建立了HRB400轧制过程模型,采用模型对HRB400轧制过程中温度、形变量及形变速率等因素进行了模拟分析。结果表明,坯料在轧制过程温度变化的模拟结果与现场实测值吻合良好。在轧制过程中坯料表面形变速率随温度降低而降低,而中心形变速率始终很大;轧制后期由于坯料断面面积逐渐减小,使得坯料表面与中心的温差变小、形变速率逐渐趋于一致。从方坯到钢筋成品,HRB400晶粒尺寸从200~500μm降至30~40μm,轧制过程中发生了明显的再结晶现象;轧制各阶段的再结晶体积分数分别为初轧69.7%、中轧97.9%和精轧99%。 Under the new technology of production of HRB400 by a steel plant as the research object, by using Abaqus finite element software in combination with the actual process of rolling process parameters model of HRB400 were established, the factors such as the temperature, formation variables and deformation rate in the process of rolling HRB400 were simulation investigated by the model. The results show that the simulation results of the temperaRtre change in the rolling process are in good meet with the field measured values. During the rolling process, the surface deformation rate decreases with the decrease of temperature, and the central deformation rate is always very large. Due to the decrease of the area of the billet section, the temperature difference between the billet surface and the center is reduced and the deformation rate tends to be consistent. From the square billet to the finished steel products, the HRB400 grain size decrease from 200-500 μm to 30--40 μm, and a clear recrystallization occur during the rolling process. The recrystallization volume fraction of each stage, beginning, intermediate stage and finishing of rolling are 69.7%, 97.9% and 99%, respectively.
