摘要
烧结厂生产数据分布散乱,数据存储技术落后,对数据的查询要求只是简单的事务查询,不能够对历年数据进行查询和分析,为大数据技术在烧结厂的应用带来了障碍。通过对烧结厂存储的海量生产数据进行整理和分析,利用数据仓库技术为烧结厂搭建了新的数据结构,使历年生产数据得到有效的整理,各数据源之间不再是独立的信息,为大数据技术应用创造了条件。
Sintering plant production data distribution was scattered, data storage technology was backward, data query requirements for data were simple transaction queries, query requirements simply affairs will not be able to the historical data query and analysis, as the big data technology application in sintering plant was obstacles. Through the sorting and analysis of the mass production data stored in the sintering plant, using data warehouse technology to build a new data structure for sintering plant, make the annual production data effectively organized, data sources are no longer independent information, creating conditions for big data technology applications.
