摘要
通过对CSP热轧酸洗深冲SPHD板生产中大量数据分析,研究了影响SPHD板力学性能的主要因素。结果表明,在制备工艺条件一定的情况下,SPHD钢板中成分和厚度是影响其力学性能的主要因素。其中,C、S、Mn和Si含量的变化对屈服强度和抗拉强度存在10 MPa左右的影响。SPHD板厚度对于其力学性能的影响较大,随SPHD厚度的增加其屈服强度和抗拉强度降低,伸长率增加。
The main factors affecting the mechanical properties of SPHD steel plate were studied by the mass data analyzing in the production of CSP hot-rolled pickling deep drawing SPHD plate. The results show that the composition and thickness of SPHD steel plate are the main factors for mechanical properties under certain conditions. Among them, the influence on yield strength and tensile strength is 10 MPa with the change of content of C, S, Mn and Si. The thickness of SPHD plate has a great influence on its mechanical properties. With the increase of SPHD thickness, the yield strength and tensile strength decrease, and the elongation increases.
