摘要
对比研究了引水工程现场滚刀刀圈材料和不同热处理条件下42Cr Mo材料的成分、冲击韧度、硬度、耐磨性等材料性能。结果表明,实际刀圈材料冲击功为4.3 J、硬度为56.50 HRC、磨损量为0.084 g;42Cr Mo材料在850℃淬火+230℃回火后,其冲击功为10.8 J、硬度为54.44 HRC、磨损量为0.087 g。42Cr Mo材料与实际刀圈相比,其耐磨性相近,冲击韧度提高,能够有效的解决现有刀圈冲击韧度问题。通过42Cr Mo材料的热处理工艺优化,该材料可用于制备滚刀刀圈,可提高刀圈的冲击与耐磨损性能,降低滚刀成本,具有重要的工程价值。
The composition, impact toughness, hardness and wear resistance and other properties of hob cutter ring in headrace tunnel project materials and 42CrMo steels with different heat treatment were investigated. The results show that the impact energy, hardness and wear rate of actual hob cutter ring material are 4.3 J, 56.50 HRC and 0.084 g, respectively. And the 42CrMo steel are 10.8 J, 54.44 HRC and 0.087 g, respectively. The 42CrMo material is similar to the actual hob cutter ring, and its wear resistance is similar, and the impact toughness is improved, which can effectively solve the problem of impact toughness of the existing cutter ring. The 42CrMo steel can be used for the preparation of hob cutter, which can improve the impact and wear resistance of the cutter, reduce the cost of hob cutter, and have important engineering cost.
