摘要
研究了X100管线钢在模拟土壤溶液碱性环境下的耐蚀性。结果表明,材料在碱性介质中会发生钝化现象。随着温度的升高,材料自腐蚀电位和电荷转移电阻逐渐减小,自腐蚀电流密度明显增大,腐蚀加重。一定浓度的Na Cl溶液会使材料产生严重的点蚀,表面存在众多蚀坑,而适当提高温度可以抑制Cl-对材料的点蚀破坏能力。
The corrosion resistance of pipeline steel X100 in simulated-soil alkaline environment was studied. The results show that the passivity of material can be established in alkaline media. The corrosion potential and the charge transfer resistance continuously decrease with the increase of the temperature, while the corrosion current density increases obviously, indicating the corrosion aggravates. The NaCl solution with a certain concentration will cause serious pitting on the materials, and many pits appear on the surface. Furthermore, increasing the temperature appropriately can inhibit the CI pit corrosion.
