摘要
开展了一种房式仓横竖向联合通风的实仓实验。初步研究结果表明,在储存1 750 t稻谷的房式仓内,同时安装了横竖向通风系统,冬季通风结束后,将新收获的稻谷全仓平均水分由14.0%降至13.5%,降水幅度为0.5%;将该仓储存稻谷的整仓平均粮温从28℃降至4℃,降温幅度为24℃。冬季利用横竖向联合通风降水和降低粮温技术可行,效率较高,具有良好的应用前景。
A combined ventilation system,horizontal aeration combined with vertical aeration,was tested in the rice warehouse with capacity of 1750 tons,which was installed the horizontal and vertical aeration system. The preliminary study results showed that after ventilation in winter,the moisture of the new harvest rice decreased from 14. 0% to 13. 5% on average,moisture reduced 0. 5%; the average grain temperature decreased from 28 ℃ to 4 ℃,temperature reduced 24 ℃. To reduce grain moisture and temperature by combined ventilation with horizontal and vertical systems in winter is feasible,high efficiency,which has a good prospect of application.
