湿式电除尘器冲洗废水排入脱硫系统的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用测试分析方法,从水质分析、表面张力测试、重金属含量测试3个方面进行研究,比较分析不同类型的湿式电除尘器冲洗废水对脱硫吸收塔浆液品质及脱硫系统运行的影响。结果表明:湿式电除尘器冲洗废水中的Ca^2+、Mg^2+和Cl^-浓度较高,但不会对脱硫塔内离子平衡产生影响;湿式电除尘器冲洗废水的表面张力低于吸收塔浆液,排入脱硫塔后加剧了吸收塔浆液起泡;湿式电除尘器冲洗废水中重金属含量较少,不会对脱硫系统正常运行造成影响,但可能存在因极板腐蚀造成冲洗废水中Cr和Ni含量较高的风险,排入脱硫塔后容易对吸收塔浆液品质和脱硫废水处理系统的运行产生不利影响。 This article researched the influence of washing wastewater of different wet electrostatic precipitators to the slurry quality and the desulfurization system running using the test analysis method.This research focused on three aspects: water quality analysis,surface tension test and heavy metal content test.The results showed that Ca^2+/Mg^2+/Cl^- concentration was high in washing wastewater,but it could not impact the ionic equilibrium of desulfurization system.The surface tension of washing wastewater was obvious lower than the slurry,which could aggravate the foaming phenomenon in the absorption tower.The heavy metal content in the washing wastewater was low,which could not affect the desulfurization system running.However,the Cr and Ni content in the washing wastewater could be very high with the polar plate corrossion,which would adversely affect the slurry quality and the desulfurization wastewater treatment system.
