基于数据挖掘的国医大师治疗冠心病的用药规律探析

Analysis on the Law of Medication for Treating Coronary Heart Disease by National Medical Masters Based on Data Mining

目的探析百例医案分析国医大师治疗冠心病的用药规律方法。方法筛选《国医大师医论医案医方·心系病症辑要》《国医大师验案良方·心脑卷》《国医大师验案精粹·内科篇》《国医大师经方验案精选》《中国现代名中医医案精华(一~三)》《现代名医类案》中治疗冠心病的医案,整理后录入Excel2016建立数据库。运用统计软件SPSS Statistics 20.0及数据挖掘软件Clementine12.0对数据进行频数统计、关联规则、聚类分析结果。结果纳入100例医案,确定了高频中药42味、高频四诊信息20个,确定了高频药物的性味与归经,药物之间或药物与病机、四诊信息之间的关联规则系统聚类6个。结论国医大师治疗冠心病多以通补兼施、痰瘀同治、心脾并重的原则进行治疗,效果显著。

Objective The law of medication for treating coronary heart disease（CHD）by national medical masters were analyzed.Methods The medical cases about CHD were chosen from National Medical Master medical treatment of heart disease series,National Medical Master test case and heart and brain volume,National Medical Master of the essence of the case of internal medicine,National Medical Master by the classic selection,Chinese modern Chinese medicine doctor case essence（one to three）,modern medical case.A database was established by Excel 2016.The data was analyzed by frequency statistics,the association rule,the cluster analysis using SPSS 20.0 and mining software Clementine 12.0.Results One hundred medical cases were enrolled.Forty-two high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine and 20 high frequency four diagnostic information were identified.High-frequency drugs properties,tastes and channel distribution,association among drugs or drugs and pathogenesis,four diagnostic information were determined.Six conclusions are clustered.Conclusion The law for treating CHD by national medical masters were dredge-supplement therapy,removing both phlegm and blood stasis,heart and spleen therapy.The clinical efficacy was remarkable.
