摘要 为了探讨脉冲微波对米象的致死机制,研究了脉冲微波对米象致死行为、表观形貌及体内碱性磷酸酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响。结果表明,脉冲微波处理引起米象死亡、乙酰胆碱酯酶和碱性磷酸酶活性降低、口器和尾部出现异常。米象致死率与米样温度呈显著正相关,当米样温度高于56℃时,米象致死率达100%;米象致死率与乙酰胆碱酯酶活性呈显著负相关,乙酰胆碱酯酶活性低于0.3 U/gpro时,米象的致死率达80%以上。脉冲微波可能通过非热效应与热效应联合作用引起乙酰胆碱酯酶等功能性生物大分子失活及米象口器和尾部等器官异常杀死米象。 In order to investigate the lethal mechanism of pulsed microwave on weevil, the microwave effect on weevil mortality, apparent morphology and the activity of alkaline phosphatase and acetylcholinesterase were evaluated. The results showed that pulsed microwave caused the weevil death and abnormity of weevil mouth parts and rump and decreased the activity of alkaline phosphatase and acetylcholinesterase. There was a significant positive correlation between the lethal rate of weevil and the rice temperature: the lethal rate was 100% when the rice temperature was over 56℃. There was a significant negative correlation between acetylcholinesterase activity and the lethal rate of weevil : the lethality rate of weevil was over 80% when acetylcholinesterase activity was lower than 0.3 U/gpro. The weevils were killed by synergistic effect of thermal and non - thermal effects under pulsed microwave. Pulsed microwaves may kill the weevil by causing the inactivation of functional biomacromolecules such as acetylcholinesterase and abnormalities of the mouth parts and rump under combined effect of thermal and non - thermal effect.
