摘要
对粮食入仓自动分级问题进行研究,理论上分析了矩形筒仓装粮过程中产生自动分级现象的主要原因。并采用离散单元法的PFC^(3D)程序建立实际仓体的缩尺模型,通过设置不同的颗粒模拟粮食入仓自动分级的过程,在颗粒流动的动态过程中观察分级形成。在仓内装料完成并达到静力平衡后显示颗粒分级状态,.在仓内设置测量圈,分别监测圈内满仓时和删除完整颗粒时的两种孔隙率,计算出所有测量圈中破碎颗粒的含有率,得到分级情况的定量描述。
In this paper, the grain automatic gradation problem is researched. Theoretically analyzed the primary cause of broken grain particles automatic segregation phenomena in rectangular silo. Created the reduced scale models of the reality silo in discrete element method ( PFC3D ) particles flow code. Simulated the segregation process of grain filling silo by setting the different particles. Observed the formation of automatic segregation in the process of particle flowing. After the particles fulling model silo and achieved the static equilibrium, displayed the grading status of particles. And measured the porosity of two conditions of rice filling silo and deleted intact particles by sting up measure circle in silo. Calculating the contain rate of the broken particles in every measure circle to get the quantitative description of the automatic segregation.
