摘要
对热轧、正火、冷轧、淬火及逆相变退火后的0.12C-5Mn锰钢的组织进行了研究。结果表明:热轧板组织为珠光体+铁素体;正火后,组织较热轧态更加粗大,沿轧向分布更加均匀;冷轧板珠光体分布更加混乱弥散;750℃淬火组织为少量马氏体和铁素体,625℃逆相变退火后组织仍然为马氏体和铁素体,但马氏体量减少。
Microstructures of 0.12 C-5 Mn manganese steel after hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, quenching and reverse phase transformation annealing were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the hot rolled plate is pearlite and ferrite. After normalizing the microstructure is coarser than the hot rolled one but more uniform along the rolling direction. The distribution of pearlite in the cold rolling condition is more dispersed and dispersed. The quenched microstructure at 750 ℃ is ferrite and small amount of martensite,while the microstructure is still martensite and ferrite after reverse phase transformation annealed at 625 ℃ but the amount of martensite decreases.
