V形环槽高频淬火的工艺试验

High-frequency induction quenching process of V-shaped ring groove

摘要 对V形环槽高频感应淬火热处理工艺进行了试验研究,根据零件结构合理地设计感应器结构、调整感应器与零件之间的相对位置,选择合适的加热工艺参数,使得V形环槽两侧表面硬度达到58~62 HRC及淬硬层深度达1.2~2.0 mm,符合零件的技术要求,解决了生产过程中出现的淬火表面硬度达不到技术要求且不均匀、容易出现淬裂等问题,目前已应用与生产,该零件高频淬火质量良好且稳定。 The high-frequency induction quenching process of V-shaped ring groove was studied. Structure of the inductor was rationally designed according to the structure of parts,and the relative position between the inductor and the parts and the appropriate heating process parameters were obtained. As a result,both sides of the V shaped ring groove can meet the technical requirements of 58-62 HRC surface hardness and 1. 2-2. 0 mm hardening depth,thus,some problems such as insufficient surface hardness and possible surface cracking are solved. The high frequency induction hardening technology has been applied in production,and the quality of parts is good and stable.
