摘要 阐述了将并联机器人分拣机用在快递行业的基本思路,分析并联工业机器人与串联工业机器人技术特点和优势,论证了将并联机器人分拣技术和视觉技术结合在一起,应用在快递行业,不仅能够使机器人对外部环境变化做出相应的调整,还能提高机器人的灵活性和适应性,同时出错率也比起人工分拣大大降低,减少场地占用面积,提高分拣效率。 The basic idea of applying parallel robot sorting machines in express delivery industry is illustrated, and the technicalfeatures as well as advantages of parallel industrial robots and serial industrial robots are analyzed. It was proved that combining and ap-plying sorting technology and visual technology of parallel robots in express delivery industry could not only facilitate robots to make cor-responding adjustments to changes of external environment, but also improve flexibility and adaptability of robots. Meanwhile, comparedwith manual sorting, the error rate is greatly lowered, the floor occupation rate is also reduced and the sorting efficiency is raised.
