基于层次化网络优化的烟草物流配送网络的开发与设计

Development and design of tobacco logistics distribution network based on layered network optimization

烟草企业对物流配送的依赖性,意味着物流配送网络的优劣对烟草企业的发展具有极其重要的作用。由于烟草企业所需的物流配送网络要求较高,因此建立一套先进高效低成本的物流配送网络是必要的。文中分析了一般烟草企业物流配送网络的特点和运行模式,基于某烟草企业实例和层次化网络设计与优化方法,提取了二级物流配送中心选址及相关路线设计等问题的抽象数学化模型,并通过节约法对该模型进行求解及优化。该模型适用性广泛,对于类似的药品等行业,具有一定的实际价值和参考意义。

The dependence of tobacco companies on logistics distribution, meaning that the distribution network plays a great role in the development of tobacco companies. As the requirements of tobacco companies is higher than any other companies on the logistics distribution network, a set of advanced, efficient and low-cost logistics distribution network is necessary to establish. The characteristics and operation modes of the logistics distribution network of the general tobacco companies are analyzed in this paper, and based on a specific case of tobacco company and layered network design and optimization methods, an abstract mathematical model for the secondary logistics distribution center location and related route design is extracted and presented, and is solved and optimized by the use of the saving method.Theresults show that this model is practical and have reference value to the similar industries likes pharmaceutical or other companies.
