隔膜计量泵三相异步电机转速跟踪控制 被引量:4

摘要 计量泵广泛应用于石油、化工及水处理领域,其驱动电机通常为三相异步电机。提出一种隔膜计量泵三相异步电机转速控制方法。应用直接反馈线性化理论,通过对系统状态方程求导,得到所需的坐标变换和非线性状态反馈变量,实现了三相异步电机控制系统的输入输出反馈线性化。对线性化后的系统运用极点配置理论和跟踪控制器的设计予以求解。仿真结果证实:当系统受到扰动时,电机转速仍能快速收敛,系统具有良好的动静态性能和鲁棒性,有助于提高计量泵在复杂环境下运行的稳定性和流量控制精度。 Metering pumps driven by three-phase motors are widely used in processes such as petroleum processing, chemical engineering, water treatment, etc. This paper proposes a motor speed control method for diaphragm metering pumps. Using the feedback linearization technique, the input and output of the three-phase motor system is realized with the appropriate coordinates transformation and nonlinear state feedback. The linearization systems are then solved with pole assignment method and the design of tracking control. In simulation, motor speed quickly converge even if the system has some disturbances. It is proved that the static and dynamic performance and robustness of the system are excellent, which contributed to improve stability of metering pumps and precision of flow control in complicate environment.
