本文研究了静脉营养制品的滴定酸度(TA),并提出了计算方程式TA=(V_B×M_B×1000)/Vs,利用该方程可以方便地求出产品的滴定酸度和把溶液pH调至7.4时所加碱量、7种氨基酸注射液及其与50%葡萄糖注射液以1:1混合后的滴定酸度差异较大,以NaOH mmol/L表示为0.76—46.76,以THAM mmol/L表示为0.90—49.50、
Titratable acidity of parenteral nutrient products was studied. EquationTA=(Vb*Mb*1000)/Vs for calculating titratable aciditiy of parenteral nutrientsolutions can be used to determine the amount of base needed to neutralize excessacid in products. Titratable acidities for the seven crystalline amine acid products and aminoacid product/glucose(1: 1) admixtures varied widely, ranging from 0.76-46. 75 insodium hydroxide mmol/Liter and 0.90-49. 50 in THAM mmol/Liter.
