温针配合踝针治疗急性期膝骨性关节炎45例

Warming Acupuncture Combined with Ankle Acupuncture Treatment for Acute Osteoarthritis of The Knee in 45 Cases

目的探讨温针配合踝针治疗急性期膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择90例急性期膝骨性关节炎患者,采用抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,观察组采用温针配合踝针治疗。观察2组治疗前后疼痛评分、症状积分及临床疗效,并比较2组治疗前后关节液中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α含量的变化。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后疼痛评分、症状积分明显降低(P<0.05),关节液IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α含量均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组IL-1、IL-6含量降低更明显(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针配合踝针能更有效治疗急性期膝骨性关节炎,缓解关节疼痛。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of acute knee osteoarthritis of the ankle acupuncture. Methods： Selection of 90 patients with acute osteoarthritis of the knee, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, every group is 45 cases. The control group was treated with acupuncture treatment, treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with ankle acupuncture treatment. Observation of pain score, symptom score and clinical effect before and after treatment in 2 groups. The changes of the content of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in the joint fluid before and after the treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results： Compared with the treatment before treatment, the score of pain and symptom score of the 2 groups were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.The content of IL-1 and IL-6 in the articular fluid decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious（P〈0.05）. The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with more effective treatment of acute ankle knee osteoarthritis can relieve joint pain needle.
