电针内关穴对异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血大鼠的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨电针内关穴对盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱导的大鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。方法 18只SD大鼠采用随机数字表法分为对照组、模型组和电针组各6只。模型组、电针组用皮下多点位注射ISO制备急性心肌缺血大鼠模型,电针组电针内关穴5 d,对照组和模型组给予同等条件抓取,观察3组大鼠体质量变化、心电图ST段偏移幅度和血清心肌激酶(CK)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性,评价大鼠心肌缺血的状况。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠体质量变化率明显降低(P<0.01),ST段偏移值显著提高(P<0.01),血清CK、AST活性明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,电针组大鼠体质量变化率明显提高(P<0.01),ST段偏移值明显下降(P<0.01),CK和AST活性变化降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论电针内关穴能减轻大鼠心肌缺血程度,保护缺血心肌。 Objective: To explore the protective effect of electroacupuncture(EA) at Neiguan on myocardial ischemia rats induced by isoproterenol. Methods: 18 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups(n=6 per group): myocardial ischemia model group, EA group and control group. Myocardial infarction was produced in rats with 85 mg/kg of isoproterenol administered subcutaneously(sc). Rats of EA group were treated with EA for 5 days. In order to evaluate the myocardial ischemia in rats of three groups,the changes of body weight, ST segment voltage of ECG and the activity of serum creatine kinase(CK) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were recorded. Results: Compared with control group, the weight change rate in rats of model group decreased significantly(P〈0.01), the ST segment offset value increased significantly(P〈0.01) and the activity of serum CK and AST increased significantly(P〈0.05). Compared with model group, the weight change rate in rats of EA group increased significantly(P〈0.01), while the ST segment offset value decreased significantly(P〈0.01), and the activity of CK and AST decreased(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). Conclusions:EA at Neiguan can reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia in rats and protect the ischemic myocardium.
