摘要
采用自制离子液体[Bmim]Br溶解羊毛和纤维素,研究溶解温度和时间对纤维素和羊毛溶解度的影响;制备共混膜,探讨了羊毛/纤维素共混比、凝固浴种类和凝固浴温度等因素对共混膜性能影响;对羊毛/纤维素共混膜进行阻燃处理,以提高使用的安全性。结果表明,离子液体[Bmim]Br溶解羊毛的最佳工艺为:搅拌速度350 r/min,温度120℃,溶解时间10 h;纤维素的最佳溶解工艺为:搅拌速度350 r/min,温度100℃,溶解时间6 h;共混膜最佳制备工艺为:6%羊毛溶液和6%的纤维素溶液比例3∶7,搅拌速度为350 r/min,混合温度60℃,凝固浴为水,凝固浴温度为25℃。经红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜分析,共混膜中羊毛蛋白与纤维素大分子之间可产生相互作用力,并具有较好的相容性。
Firstly synthesis of ionic liquid [Bmim]Br is carried out, which is then used to dissolve wool and cellulose, and the effects of the dissolution temperature and time on the solubility of cellulose and wool are explored, and the effects of wool/cellulose blend ratio, coagulation bath type, coagulation bath temperature on blended membrane properties are discussed, finally the blended membrane is treated with flame retardant finish in order to improve the safety in use. The results show that the optimum pro- cess of ionic liquid [Bmim]Br to dissolve wool is: stirring speed 350 r/min, dissolving in ionic liquid [Bmim] Br at 120℃ for 10 h. The optimum dissolution process of cellulose is: stirring speed 350 r/min, dissolving in ionic liquid [Bmim]Br at 100℃ for 6 h. The optimum spinning for blended membrane is: the ratio of wool to cellulose 3:7, stirring speed 350 r/min, mixing temperature 60 ℃, keeping at 25℃ in distilled water bath. By analysis of infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope, it is found that the interaction between wool protein and cellulose macromolecule exists in the blend membranes, and it has good compatibility.
