活性染料印花用新型无氨氮尿素替代品ST373 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前印染污水氨氮指标居高不下的情况,研发了新型无氨氮尿素替代品ST373用于纯棉和人棉活性染料印花。通过测试印花织物的K/S值和Integ值,探讨了尿素替代品ST373对活性染料红、黄、蓝等单色印花织物和拼色印花织物性能的影响,并与尿素印花织物的各项性能进行比较。结果表明,新型无氨氮尿素替代品ST373用于纯棉和人棉活性染料印花,当在染料质量分数为9%及以下时,ST373在色浆中的质量分数为4%~6%,可完全取代尿素,印花织物的K/S值、Integ值、色差值ΔE、耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度均与使用尿素印花的织物相当,且产品不含氮,有效降低污水中的氨氮指标,减轻污水处理压力。 Aiming at the current high ammonia nitrogen index of printing and dyeing wastewater, an environmentally friendly new non-ammonia/nitrogen urea substitute ST373 is developed for cotton and rayon printing with reactive dyes. By testing the K/S value and Integ value of the printed fabric, the effects of urea substitute ST373 on the properties of reactive dyes such as red, yellow and blue monochromatic printing fabrics and mixed color printing fabrics are discussed, and the tested results are compared with the properties of urea printed fabrics. The results show that the ST373, a new ammonia/urea-free urea substitute, can completely replace urea with the amount of 4%-6% when the amount of dye 9%. The K/S value, Integ value, color difference value DE, color fastnesses to rubbing and washing of the printed fab- rics can reach the effects of the fabrics printed with urea. The urea substitute ST373 does not contain nitrogen, thus effectively reduces the ammonia nitrogen index in the sewage, reduces the pressure on printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and protects the ecological environment.
