摘要
基于ICP-MS法,建立了一种快速、准确的污水总锑含量的分析方法。在2.0~200μg/L,锑含量的响应值与其对应浓度呈线性关系,其相关系数为1.000 0。方法检测限和定量限分别为0.065μg/L和0.22μg/L;加标回收试验显示,在(5μg/L、20μg/L、100μg/L)3种浓度水平下,各回收率均大于90%;RSD为0.53%,具有较好的重现性。
Based on ICP-MS, a quick and accurate method for the determination of total antimony in dyeing wastewater is established. The intensity of output signals shows linear relationship with the total antimony concentration within 2.0-200μg/L, and the correlation coefficient is 1.000 0. The limits of detection and quantification of the method are 0.065μg/L and 0.22μg/L respectively. Spike recov- ery experiment shows that the recovery rates are more than 90% under the three concentrations of 5μg/L, 20 μg/L and 100μg/L. Repeatability test shows that the method has a good repeatability as the RSD is 0.53%.
