摘要
随着造影剂使用的日益增多，造影剂急性肾损伤（CI-AKI）成为了医院获得性AKI最重要的病因之一。成人群体的研究显示，CI-AKI的发生率约为11.0%，CI-AKI导致患者的住院时间延长、病死率及心血管等不良事件的发生率增高。然而关于儿童CI-AKI的发生率、风险因素、预后及防范措施的研究资料很少，如何提高儿童CI-AKI的防治水平，是儿科医师们目前所面临的挑战。
With the increasing use of contrast agents, contrast medium - induced acute kidney injury （ CI - AKI） has become one of the most important causes of hospital - acquired AKI. The study of adult population showed that the incidence of CI - AKI was approximately 11.0%, CI - AKI extend the patient＇s prolonged hospitalization, increased mortality and increased rates of cardiovascular events. However, little research is available regarding CI - AKI incidence, risk factors, prognostic impact and preventive measures in the pediatric population. How to improve the prevention and treatment level of CI - AKI in children is a challenge for pediatricians.
