船舶压载水杀菌装置能量协同模糊控制管理技术

摘要 为了实现船舶压载水杀菌装置能量的协同管理,针对紫外线与超声波联合处理(UV/US)压载水管理系统,提出一种基于模糊逻辑控制的杀菌装置能量协同管理策略,选取压载水水质浊度和藻类丰度的变化情况作为模糊逻辑控制系统的输入变量,经模糊推理确定UV/US压载水管理系统各杀菌单元的工作模式;根据UV与US在系统运行过程中的权重关系,建立UV杀菌单元的仿真模型,并搭建UV藻类灭活试验平台,验证UV/US模糊逻辑控制策略的可行性。结果表明:UV/US压载水管理系统及其模糊逻辑控制策略在满足压载水排放性能标准的同时,可以实现各杀菌单元能量的最优控制,降低系统的能耗。 In order to realize the coordinated management of the energy of the ballast water sterilization equipment in ships, taking the UV/US ballast water management system as the object of study, the variation of ballast water of turbidity and algal abundance is used as variable of fuzzy logic control system, and the working model of each unit of UV/US ballast water management system is confirmed by fuzzy inference. According to the weight relation between UV and US during the operation of the system, a simulation model of UV germicidal unit is established. The results show that UV/US ballast water management system and its fuzzy logic control strategy can realize the optimal control of the energy consumption of each bactericidal unit and reduce the energy consumption of the ballast system while meeting the discharge standard of ballast water.
