摘要
针对LNG船齿轮箱基座在船坞阶段安装产生的涂层破坏和对生产进度的影响问题,提出在预总组的工艺阶段进行基座预装,并制定相应工艺。结果显示,该工艺既满足了基座安装精度要求,又保证了涂装质量,且在确保质量的同时提高了产品建造效率。
Aiming at the coating damage and influence on production progress of LNG carrier gear box foundation at the dock phase, the paper puts forward the foundation can be pre-installed in the process of the the pre-assemble technology phase. The corresponding process is also made. The result shows that the technology not only satisfies the base installation accuracy requirement, and also ensures the coating quality, as well as ensures the quality while improving the efficiency of the building products.
