摘要
介绍了BF-470HB型钡锌复合热稳定剂在PVC发泡革中的应用效果,报道了其热稳定性能、发泡性能和环保性能,并与目前国内典型产品比较。实验结果表明,BF-470HB型钡锌复合稳定剂具有较优的热稳定性,发泡速度快,发泡层气孔细密均匀,且产品不含铅、镉等重金属,是一种高性能环保型复合热稳定剂。
This paper introduces the application effect of BF-470HB barium zinc composite heat stabiliz-er in PVC foaming leather, reports its thermal stability, foaming performance and environmental protecnon performance, and compares with the typical domestic product. The experimental results show that the BF - 470 - hb barium zinc compound stabilizer has excellent thermal stability, foaming speed, foam layer porosity uniform, fine and products do not contain heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, composite heat stabilizer is a kind of high performance and environmentally friendly.
