摘要
利用色差分析仪分析抗氧剂1098与168的加入对PA6材料耐热变色的影响。研究结果表明,抗氧剂1098与168具有很好的协同效应,可有效地提高PA6材料的耐热变色性能。同时1098与168复合抗氧剂具有良好的耐水抽提性能,可适应一些特殊的使用环境。抗氧剂1098与168产生最佳的协同效应的比例为3∶1和1∶2。
Analysis of antioxidant 1098 and 168 of the effect of addition of PA6 material heatdiscoloration using chromatism analyzer machine. The results show that the antioxidant 1098 and 168 has agood synergistic effect, which can effectively improve the heat and discolorationresistance of PA6 materials. Atthe same time, thewater extraction performanceof the 1098 and 168 composite antioxidant is good, whichcould adapt to some special environment. The 1098 and 168 antioxidants have the best synergistic effects atthe optimal ratio of 3:1 and 1:2.
